Studio Info

The Dance Shop has been located in Holbrook since 1970. The Directors of the studio, Miss Emmy (MacWilliams) and Miss Joyce (Galvam) are dedicated to the teaching of "Dance" with proper technique, formation and a love for the Art of Dance. Many students from The Dance Shop have gone on to college to major or minor in "dance" and have careers in dance, performing in Europe, Cruise Ships, Theme Parks and Night Clubs.

The Dance Shop staff has well trained teachers and assistants. Our "Tiny tots" start dancing and learning terminology at the age of 3 years and classes are offered to all ages up through and including young adult and senior adult classes.

The Main Focus is to direct the studio with a friendly family atmosphere for all students, where serious and recreational dancers mesh together in comfortable classes and where discipline and studio etiquette is a must. It is very important that our students feel comfortable. We work hard to build confidence and security in our students.
